Dr. Garman is board-certified in general surgery and is a member of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Garman attended medical school at Augusta University, in Augusta, Georgia, where she also completed her general surgery residency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in genetics, botany and ecology from the University of Georgia.
