Log In to MyCovenantHealthVolunteer Services at Parkwest is seeking new adult volunteer applicants to join our team! Our immediate needs for adult volunteers at Parkwest at this time include:
- Surgery Waiting Desk/Runner: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Volunteers assist families and staff in the surgery waiting area.
- Lost and Found: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – Noon or Noon – 4 p.m. Volunteers will pick-up lost and found items from units throughout the facility. Help sort items, document them, return calls to guests and schedule pick-ups for lost items.
- PCU Waiting: Tuesdays, 8 a.m. – Noon. Check-in patients and families at the PCU desk. Update families as needed throughout their stay.
- Childbirth Center: Monday – Wednesday and Friday, Noon – 4 p.m. Volunteers will monitor unit door for visitation, stock supplies, and assist with monitoring call lights for the staff.
- Registration Kiosk: Tuesday and Friday, 12:30 p.m. – 4 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. – Noon. Help patients get checked in using the kiosk when they come in for screenings and tests.
- Main Entrance Greeter: Monday, 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. Greet and direct patient and visitor flow at the front door. Assist visitors with finding patient room numbers and wheelchairs.
- Dogwood Entrance Greeter: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8 a.m. – Noon and Monday – Friday, Noon – 4 p.m.
- CCU Waiting Area: Friday, 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. Orient families to the unit. Monitor door, and ID badges for patient visitation.
