Covenant Health Welcomes Lisa Reyes, MS, as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources

Covenant Health is pleased to welcome Lisa Reyes, MS, as our new assistant vice president of human resources. In this role, Reyes will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our regional HR teams, supporting the organization’s people strategy and ensuring alignment with Covenant Health’s mission, values, and long‑term goals. 

Reyes brings extensive experience in human resources leadership, with expertise in employee relations, talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational support. She is known for her thoughtful, collaborative approach and her ability to partner closely with leaders to strengthen people practices and drive meaningful outcomes for employees and the organization. 

Throughout her career, Reyes has led strategic HR initiatives that support operational excellence, organizational change, and employee development. Her commitment to building trusted relationships and advancing consistent, people‑centered solutions will be invaluable as Covenant Health continues to support and grow its workforce.
