Bill Lockard, 82 of Lenoir City, stopped by the hospital recently to praise the staff at Fort Loudoun Medical Center for treating him so well during multiple hospital visits.

He said, “Everyone I came in contact with was outstanding at every visit. From the person at the door in the lobby that greeted me and got me where I needed to go to the staff that took care of me. It was just outstanding service!”

In one instance, he came to the emergency room suffering from dehydration and weakness. Everyone was happy to care for him and he didn’t have to wait even five minutes.

“Everyone was just so pleasant, it was more than customer service, it seemed like they actually cared. They all knew what they were doing, and it was highly rewarding to be in that kind of environment where I was confident in the staff. I knew they’d take care of me and it would all work out.”

Thank you to the team at Fort Loudoun Medical Center for making a difference in all our patients’ lives!
