Jazmaine’s Nomination

“Jazmaine was so efficient, patient and personable. She managed to put my son at ease in a situation that was very embarrassing for him. She has a great personality and is an asset to the Parkwest team. Even when she was not assigned to our room, she came to check on him (and me) every day. She brought him a Christmas tree to brighten his room and her children gave him a stuffed animal.

When Michael died, she was the first one in the room to offer comfort and condolences. She packed the accumulation of stuff from a 14-day hospital stay and escorted us to our car to load our things. She should be recognized and commended for her dedication to her profession. She will be forever in our hearts as the brightest light in the darkest of times.”
