Volunteers’ Christmas in July Sale to Feature Kinkade’s “Hawthorne Village” Collectibles
When lifetime hospital volunteer Eunice Eledge passed away her family contacted LeConte Medical Center volunteers about donating Eledge’s prized Thomas Kinkade “Hawthorne Village” Christmas items to the hospital volunteers’ Christmas in July sale.
Each of these collectible items will be available in its original packaging, complete with certificate of authenticity, for $25 during the sale. Eledge helped create the LeConte Volunteer Scholarship to benefit students advancing their career in the medical field. For that reason, the proceeds from the sale of the “Hawthorne Village” pieces will be donated to the scholarship fund.
