Cinnamon Honey

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Garlic Parmesan

Savory and satisfying, these are a great alternative to chips or crackers when you need a salty snack.

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

Buffalo Ranch

A bold, zesty twist for spice lovers—these seeds bring the heat and the flavor.

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 packet ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Scoop out your pumpkin, rinse the seeds thoroughly to remove pulp, then pat them dry.
  2. Toast them in a skillet until crisp and browned, or roast them in the oven at 300°F for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Select your flavor combination from the list above. Mix it all up, and enjoy!
