November 2025 – Covenant Health and Covenant Medical Group are pleased to have earned 2025 Digital Health Most Wired recognitions from the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME). Covenant Health received a Level 8 Acute designation and Covenant Medical Group, the health system’s physician practice organization, received a Level 8 Ambulatory designation.
This year marks the 21st time Covenant Health has earned an acute Most Wired designation since the program’s inception. Covenant Medical Group has also received high-level recognition since the ambulatory category was introduced in 2019.

The Digital Health Most Wired program aims to measure a health care provider’s commitment to advancing health and care through strategic digital initiatives. The annual survey evaluates organizations in various categories to determine the adoption, outcomes and value of technology integration at all stages of digital maturity. More than 50,000 organizations were surveyed in areas including clinical quality and safety, analytics and data management, cybersecurity, population health, infrastructure, patient engagement and innovation.

Following the survey, organizations receive a designation between Level 1 and 10. Covenant Health and Covenant Medical Group earned the Level 8 recognition that is awarded to healthcare organizations that have deployed technologies and strategies for data analysis and are achieving meaningful clinical and efficiency outcomes. Level 8 organizations are adapting more advanced technologies, such as telehealth services, to expand access to care.
“Innovation in healthcare isn’t just about technology—it’s about transforming care. Being recognized as a Most Wired organization by CHIME for 21 consecutive years reflects our unwavering commitment to secure, innovative solutions that empower clinicians, enhance patient experiences, and drive smarter, more connected care,” said Covenant Health IT leadership. “This achievement is possible because of the vision and support of our executive leadership team and, most importantly, the dedication, professionalism, and passion our technology teams demonstrate every day to keep patients at the center of everything we do.”
