June 2025 – Joe Dolan, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Covenant Health, has been recognized on Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2025 list of “189 Hospital and Health System CFOs to Know.” This is his second consecutive time being named to the list and is one of five CFOs in Tennessee recognized.
Becker’s Hospital Review, a national publication focusing on hospital business news for healthcare executives, notes that chief financial officers included on this list “play a pivotal role in driving strategic planning, overseeing expansions and guiding joint ventures…[and] are essential to the overall success and growth of their organizations.”
Dolan assumed his role as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Covenant Health in 2023. He oversees financial operations and strategic financial planning for the health system. Prior to Covenant Health, Dolan served as senior vice president and enterprise controller of Advocate Health, where he was essential to the integration, growth and development of the corporate accounting and finance teams.
