Covenant Health Named to National List of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women”

March 2025 – Covenant Health has been named one of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2025” by Newsweek. It was one of 37 companies in Tennessee recognized, and one of 17 in the state’s healthcare industry. It is the second consecutive year Covenant Health has been included on the list.
The list recognizes companies with more than 1,000 employees and are judged in eight categories: proactive management of a diverse workforce; sustainability and awareness; compensation and benefits; training and career progression; work-life balance; working environment; company image and corporate culture.
More than 215,000 female employees were interviewed to provide opinions on things like corporate culture and working conditions of their company, as well as other employers’. Companies were also assessed based on the results of large-scale confidential online surveys given to women, over 2.2 million company reviews, assessment of publicly accessible data and discussions with HR professionals.
