“Randall was so caring and compassionate both to my mom (the patient) and my husband and me. He took the time to talk about her food preferences and made sure she had everything she wanted as her life ended. He sent the family care trays and sat with us offering hugs and sharing our grief as she passed on. Randall made sure he had ice cream and a cup of hot tea, her two favorite things. Randall is truly a wonderful human being.” Nominated by: Wendy, patient’s daughter.
