Madison’s Nomination

“A patient was going to leave AMA due to his dog being left alone in his truck. Madison seeing this patient needed medical care, took the dog home overnight, took care of it, and brought it back when the patient was discharged. The patient was very grateful for this act of kindness. Madison has always shown up for work with a cheerful and hard-working attitude. I know that when she shows up for work the patients are well taken care of.”

Nominated by: Julie, a co-worker
