Cheyenne Manafi, DPM

Dr. Manafi is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon specializing in advanced reconstructive surgery and personalized patient care. He treats a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, with a focus on restoring function, relieving pain, and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy.
A native of Orlando, Florida, Dr. Manafi earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida and his Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University in Miami. He went on to earn his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Manafi completed his podiatric surgical residency at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Pennsylvania, a major regional center for trauma and complex surgical care. During his final year of residency, he was selected by his residency director, attending physicians, and fellow residents to serve as Chief Resident in recognition of his leadership, clinical skill, and dedication to patient care.
He then completed a rigorous, ACFAS-recognized Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Fellowship in Roanoke, Virginia, under the direction of Charles Zelen, DPM, and a team of experienced foot and ankle specialists. His fellowship training encompassed a diverse mix of forefoot, midfoot, rearfoot, ankle surgery, sports medicine, and plastic surgery. In addition, his advanced training included Charcot reconstruction and limb salvage, total ankle replacement, complex trauma, and other reconstructive procedures.
Dr. Manafi is board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery, reflecting his commitment to advanced surgical training, clinical excellence, and continued professional development.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Manafi enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and watching sports. He is a passionate foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisines, traveling to new places, and discovering new experiences. He also has a lifelong passion for music and is committed to community service and giving back both inside and outside the clinical setting.
