Christopher Hayes, DO

My role as an OB/GYN is to listen closely, understand each woman’s goals, and apply my medical training to help her navigate thoughtful, individualized care. I strive to practice sound medicine while keeping an open mind toward the many different approaches women bring to pregnancy and birth. My goal every day is to help women move through the uncertainties of obstetric and gynecologic care with clarity, support, and trust. I come from a military family and served eight years before pursuing medicine at Lincoln Memorial University, followed by residency training in Buffalo. As a father of four with another on the way, I understand the confusion, excitement, and challenges that come with pregnancy and parenting, and that perspective shapes how I care for families. I believe the best foundation for safe, confident care is a strong relationship with a team you trust, and I work to meet patients where they are—whether they arrive nervous, unsure, or simply looking for guidance. I am grateful to practice at LeConte Women’s Healthcare, where our team is committed to providing capable, compassionate care in a community we love.
