Dr. Walter Chiles has been practicing general urology in Knoxville since 2006. He specializes in female incontinence and kidney stone disease. Dr. Chiles also performs the advanced procedures — UroLIft® and Rezum® — for BPH/enlarged prostate. Dr. Chiles was recognized as a UroLift Center of Excellence in 2019. Dr. Chiles is also experienced in advanced treatments for overactive bladder (OAB) including Interstim® neuromodulation therapy and BOTOX® and Xiaflex® for Peyronie’s disease. In addition, he treats bladder cancer, prostate cancer including robotic prostatectomy and laser prostatectomy, erectile dysfunction, and male sexual health issues, male incontinence, low testosterone and Peyronie’s disease, and also female pelvic health, interstitial cystitis, and urinary tract infection
