About Me

Dr. Walter Chiles has been practicing general urology in Knoxville since 2006. He specializes in female incontinence and kidney stone disease. Dr. Chiles also performs the advanced procedures — UroLIft® and Rezum® — for BPH/enlarged prostate. Dr. Chiles was recognized as a UroLift Center of Excellence in 2019. Dr. Chiles is also experienced in advanced treatments for overactive bladder (OAB) including Interstim® neuromodulation therapy and BOTOX® and Xiaflex® for Peyronie’s disease.
