Dr. Roesch earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1989. He completed his Internal Medicine at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore in 1990 and served his vascular & interventional radiology fellowship and residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
