Monty Scott
Monty Scott
President and Chief Administrative Officer
Covenant Medical Group
Monty Scott is President and Chief Administrative Officer for Covenant Medical Group. Since his appointment to this position in 2012, he is responsible for overseeing multi-specialty physician practice operations for 250+ providers in 68 locations throughout East Tennessee.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is a member of the Medical Group Management Association.
Why I work for Covenant Health:
“I have worked in physician management my entire career, but always with independent practices. Knoxville is my home, and Covenant Health is very important to this community. As I considered career options more than 12 years ago, the opportunity to join a local health care system and add to the physician management resources was very appealing.”
