Fort Sanders Regional Laboratory is accredited by the Joint Commission, licensed by the state of Tennessee, and certified by the Department of Health and Human Services under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) to provide testing services.

Our lab operates to serve the needs of the Knoxville community 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including offering rush testing on demand. 

With an extensive outreach program for local Knoxville area physician offices, nursing homes, and other allied healthcare facilities, our quality laboratory testing services are always convenient and readily accessible to the East Tennessee communities we’re honored to serve.  

In addition, we also offer two convenient outpatient drawing stations for added convenience.
