Information About Our New Patient Portal

Beginning Jan. 2, 2024, a new patient portal was launched for patients receiving care from:

• Fort Sanders Perinatal Center
• Fort Sanders Women’s Specialists
• LeConte Women’s Healthcare Associates
• Women’s Healthcare of Morristown

The new DxPortal can be used for communications with our offices, requests for prescription refills, medical records requests, and other communications.*

Instructions for registering with DxPortal and a Secure PIN were sent to active patients via an email DxPortal Signup Invitation during the first week of January 2024. Patients are considered “active” if they have been seen in one of our offices after Jan. 1, 2021.

Patients will still be able to access portal records created prior to Dec. 29, 2023, on the Nextgen/Medfusion portal.

Please note: Patients are no longer able to communicate with our practices through this portal. If you have not yet created an account in the new DxPortal, please call our offices directly during regular business hours or to speak to the on-call clinician after hours. For urgent care for you or your baby, go to the nearest emergency room for evaluation.
