Cognitive health is how we think, learn and remember, and is a vital component to one’s quality of life – especially for older adults. In this presentation, Dr. Nathan Bolton will discuss tips to help boost cognitive health as well as review important steps seniors can take to reduce their risk of cognitive decline.

 

About Nathan Bolton, MD

Dr. Bolton received his medical degree from East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, TN, and completed his residency at East Tennessee State University Family Medicine of Bristol, TN.

Dr. Bolton’s clinical interests include chronic disease and diabetes management, preventive care and geriatrics.

He is a member of the medical staff at Methodist Medical Center and is in practice with Oliver Springs Family Physicians.
