DAISY and FLAME Award Winners- Ashley Gibson and Niki Day

It takes two! Congratulations to our latest DAISY and FLAME winners, Ashley Gibson and Niki Day! Ashley, a case manager, and Niki, a social worker, both serve our NICU patients and were nominated by a co-worker for their actions to help identify an unresponsive patient that came through the emergency room. As a result of their determination, and with help from security officer Ron Blankenship (who also won a FLAME award) and local law enforcement, the patient was identified and their family was located so they could spend time with the patient before they passed. Thank you, ladies, for always going above and beyond to do the best for our patients!
