Cost Savings

• Pricing at CovRX is at cost, meaning there is no mark-up on our purchase prices.
• Once your annual prescription deductible ($200 individual or $400 family) is met, you can get a 90-day supply of your eligible maintenance medication for a 60-day coinsurance, equaling one month of free medication!

How to get Started

• Access the CovRX CovNet page and select the “Patient Profile” link. Fill out a new patient profile for every member of your family that will use CovRX.
• Contact your physician and have them send in new 90-day prescriptions or speak with a CovRX staff member about transferring prescriptions from your current pharmacy.

Accepted Insurance and Payment Information

• We accept the Covenant Health medical insurance plan only.
• We accept most manufacturer coupons and copay assistance cards.
• We only accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and flexible spending account cards. Cash, checks or payroll deductions will not be accepted.

Turnaround Times

We have a standard three-day turnaround time for prescriptions. Same day service is available at the Central Fill Location at Fort Sanders West if there is inventory in stock. For special circumstances, we can try to meet a quicker turnaround time. Please reach out to a CovRX staff member to discuss options.
