At Covenant Health West, you’ll find everything from physician offices and medical specialties to outpatient surgery, a diagnostic center, an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, outpatient rehabilitation therapies, a five-star fitness center, and an outstanding childcare center.

Imaging services are available at Covenant Health Diagnostics West (Bldg. 3, Suite 100). Designed with our commitment to excellent patient care in mind, the center features state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the highest quality imaging services. Learn more at 865-531-5400.

Rehabilitation (Outpatient Therapies and Inpatient Hospital)
Cardiac Rehab
(Bldg. 2, Suite 205) – Parkwest Medical Center’s Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation services are located at Covenant Health West. Cardiac rehab is for patients who have experienced heart-related medical problems or cardiac events. Through individualized rehab programs, cardiac patients learn to develop and maintain healthier lifestyles and improve their fitness through supervised exercise. Pulmonary rehab helps and supports patients living with lung disease. Pulmonary rehab provides rehabilitation and education to help patients with lung disease “breathe easier.”
Rehabilitation Therapy
(Bldg. 1, Suite 201) – Covenant Health Therapy Center – West Knoxville is a department of Parkwest Medical Center. It offers individualized physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation for patients who have experienced surgery, injury, stroke, neurological conditions, or mobility issues. Specialized therapies include aqua therapy, hand therapy, balance therapy, stroke rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation and McKenzie therapy, among others.
Inpatient Rehabilitation
Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Hospital West is a 51-bed freestanding rehab hospital for patients recovering from strokes, orthopedic injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological injuries and conditions, and other disabling conditions. The hospital is a joint venture of Covenant Health and Encompass Health.
Fitness
Covenant Health and Fitness Center (Bldg. 5) is a “five-star” fitness club, featuring top-quality facilities, staff, and programs. Individual sports, group classes, personal training and children’s fitness programs are available. Activities are available for all ages, from children to older adults.
Child Care
Nanny’s Edu-Care Center (Bldg. 7) is an innovative Knoxville child care facility offering age-appropriate activities, education, and enrichment programs for young children from birth through age 5. The certified program and outstanding staff have received multiple commendations for excellence.
