October 2025 – Covenant Health and Covenant Medical Group are pleased to welcome Krystina Lane, NP, to Covenant Health Belltown Primary Care, a new primary care practice that opened in September 2025. The practice, led by Courtney Halista, MD, offers comprehensive family medicine care, including services like annual exams, preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, lifestyle medicine counseling and mental health support.
Lane’s clinical interests include women’s health, family care and pediatrics. Lane received her master’s degree in nursing from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee, and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee.
She is accepting new patients.
