John Lunn has been promoted to Vice President of Compensation and Benefits. John joined Covenant Health in 2014 as the Manager of Compensation and was subsequently promoted to Director of Compensation and Benefits in 2016.
During his tenure, John has led many initiatives and made significant contributions to the organization, especially in his current role where he oversees the review and expansion of our benefits offerings and compensation programs across the health system. With more than 20 years working in all facets of Human Resources, John brings solid experience and acumen for his role. He is a strategic thinker who prioritizes employee work/ life experience, while also maintaining the integrity of the human resource programs established by Covenant Health.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee and is certified in general and global compensation practices. He is currently working on certification in benefits administration.
