Employee Honored with FLAMES Award

Congratulations to ultrasound team lead Julie Roberts for receiving the FLAMES Award. Julie was nominated by respiratory manger Josh Evans, “Echo is in high demand. When Julie is here, she is on the move. Working hard each day, Julie takes a gentle approach with her patients. She is very kind to them. In addition, she is very organized, looks ahead and plans well.

Julie, after catching a mistake where there were too many patients scheduled on a day, came in on her day off. The patients were not made aware of this and Julie asked for no recognition for this. I asked her why she was here, knowing it was her day off. She explained and said, “It was the best thing for the patients.” As hard as she works, she sacrificed her time to to rest.”
