About the Program
Depression in seniors can sneak in through isolation, health changes, or loss, often showing up as sadness, withdrawal, or losing interest in favorite activities. Seniors deserve bright minds and strong hearts — and that means looking after their emotional well-being.
During this MED Talk, Dr. William Johnson will provide tips for seniors on staying connected with loved ones, keeping active and seeking help when needed to lift spirits and keep both mind and hearts healthy.
Join us on Wednesday, August 27, from noon to 1 p.m. at Oak Ridge Senior Center, 1405 Oak Ridge Turnpike.
Seating is limited. Call 865-425-3999 to reserve your spot!
