Covenant Health Urgent Care Now Serving Lenoir City

Covenant Health is proud to now serve the Lenoir City community with convenient, high-quality urgent care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Following the acquisition of Lakeway Urgent Care, the Lenoir City center has joined the Covenant Health Urgent Care network. 

The Lenoir City location plays an important role in expanding access to affordable, compassionate healthcare throughout East Tennessee. Whether patients need care for minor injuries, seasonal illnesses or diagnostic services, Covenant Health Urgent Care is designed to be a reliable option for the communities we serve.

Expanding Access to Care in Lenoir City  

At Covenant Health, we continue to focus on meeting patients in their time of need and providing the right care, at the right time, in the right place. Urgent care centers serve as a critical entry point into the Covenant Health system, helping connect patients to primary care providers, specialty services and hospital care when needed.

The Lenoir City urgent care location strengthens Covenant Health’s presence in Loudon County and will offer extended hours beginning March 1, 2026.

  • North Knoxville: 6606 Clinton Highway, Knoxville  
  • Northshore: 902 Osprey Point Lane, Knoxville  
  • Sevierville: 1787 Veterans Boulevard, Suite 101, Sevierville  
  • South Knoxville: 7625 Chapman Highway, Suite 107, Knoxville  

Hours and Services 

All our urgent care centers are open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., offering walk-in access to a wide range of services:  

  • Onsite X-rays  
  • Lab testing  
  • Care for minor illnesses and injuries  
  • Treatment for bites and stings  
  • Vaccinations and immunizations  
  • Occupational health services  

Our clinics accept most major insurance plans and offer affordable self-pay options. If you have questions about coverage, call your local clinic for more details.
