Covenant Health Fort Loudoun is now accepting applications for Patient Care Support Assistants (PCSA) from eligible high school students who are between 15-18 years of age. PCSAs are trained in multiple areas of the medical center and work “in rotation,” a beneficial step in understanding a patient’s hospital visit start to finish. The rotation approach also gives the hospital the ability to hire additional PCSAs.
