Covenant Health Announces Leadership Appointment for Primary Care

March 2026 – Covenant Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Alicia Brooks, MD, as Executive Medical Director of Primary Care. In this role, Dr. Brooks provides physician leadership and strategic oversight for primary care services across the health system. 

Dr. Brooks brings extensive experience in family medicine and physician leadership. Most recently she served in multiple medical director roles within Covenant Health’s primary care network. Her background includes leadership in practice management, quality improvement, physician wellness and care delivery for diverse and underserved populations.

Dr. Brooks is board-certified in family medicine and has practiced within Covenant Health since 2022. She is actively involved in physician leadership development and community-focused initiatives.
