When you are sick or in need of specialized outpatient medical care, you can access a provider with just an internet connection. Whether your need is for urgent care or a scheduled appointment with a physician or specialized program, we have telehealth options.

Our physicians use telehealth to monitor a patient’s condition or to consult with other medical professionals regarding the best course of care. How do I schedule a telehealth appointment with my physician?

When you contact your physician’s office for an appointment, ask if the practice offers telehealth visits. If so, you can work with the office directly to set up your online appointment.

Are virtual visits secure?

Yes. Our physician practices and outpatient services provide secure virtual visits that protect patient privacy. Your provider will share information to help you prepare for and access your secure virtual visit.

What if I need urgent care and can’t wait for a scheduled appointment, or I need care after office hours?

Covenant Health Virtual Urgent Care is available 24/7, 365 days a year, and offers virtual visits with emergency medicine-trained physicians. They can address needs such as allergies, coughs, flu, insect bites, minor burns and upset stomach. Start a virtual care visit now.

Note: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Medical emergencies include but are not limited to head injuries, difficulty breathing or chest pain, fever, severe pain, or any suspicion of stroke or heart attack.

In addition to provider visits, what other virtual services are available?

We offer behavioral/mental health counseling and support groups, as well as some virtual opportunities for cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. Ask your providers in these areas about virtual visits.
