Our Information & Referral service links Spanish-speaking families to health, legal, educational and medical resources, plus offers support navigating food security issues and other vital information. Serves Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Monroe and Sevier counties.
East Tennessee Human Resource Agency (ETHRA) Meals on Wheels

Serves Anderson, Campbell, Claiborne, Morgan, Scott and Union counties
Knox County Community Action Center (CAC) Mobile Meals Program
- Serves midday meals five days a week, including Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Must live in Knox County.
- Must be 60+ or disabled who cannot cook for themselves and have no assistance
