Patient Representative

If you have a problem and are not sure who can help, please call our Patient Representative. The Patient Representative is your link to the medical center’s staff and can help with many matters concerning your hospital stay. They are available to answer questions, hear suggestions, and respond to your concerns.

To speak with a Patient Representative, call 865-271-6508. You may leave a message after hours, or the hospital operator will direct your call to the appropriate person anytime you have an immediate concern.

Patient Concerns

Fort Loudoun Medical Center is a Joint Commission accredited facility. Anyone who has concerns about the safety or quality of care at an accredited organization may share those concerns with the Joint Commission Office of Quality Monitoring by phone 1-800-994-6610 or by sending an email to [email protected]. We want you to have an excellent experience and welcome your concerns and comments.
