May 2025 – Covenant Health is pleased to be included on a national list of “150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare.” Becker’s Hospital Review, a publication for healthcare industry leaders, annually recognizes hospitals, health systems and healthcare companies that address labor and workforce challenges to attract and retain employees. It is the fifth time the health system has been named on the list.
According to Becker’s, healthcare organizations featured on the list support their teams holistically and “offer wellness programs, community involvement opportunities and a culture that values balance and meaningful connection in the workplace.”
