Storms Cause Periodic Disruption to Phone Service at Covenant Health

(Updated March 5) The storms from earlier this week in Nashville continue to periodically affect telephone service across Covenant Health. These temporary disruptions do not affect patient safety and care, and our telecommunications team continues to monitor service, working to restore any interruptions to full service as soon as possible. If you experience difficulty calling one of our member organizations, calls may be made directly to personal cell numbers for patients and staff. In addition,  our member hospitals and any affected physician clinics also are posting working numbers for key departments on their websites and social media pages as needed.
