Nicholas Kolinsky, DO, holds dual Board Certifications in Allergy/Immunology and Internal Medicine, reflecting his extensive expertise and commitment to patient care. With a deep-rooted passion for serving the East Tennessee community, Dr. Kolinsky specializes in the management of adult, adolescent, and pediatric allergy, asthma, and clinical immunology, delivering exceptional care with both skill and compassion.
Dr. Kolinsky is poised to become the upcoming President of the Tennessee Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (TSAAI) and maintains active memberships in the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI) and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI). His leadership extends to academia as a Clinical Adjunct Faculty Member at LMU-DCOM, where he mentors medical students and residents. Dr. Kolinsky takes pride in preparing the next generation of physicians, imparting not only clinical expertise but also insights on achieving success in both professional and personal spheres. He believes that “effective medicine hinges on understanding each patient’s unique needs and crafting individualized care plans with the same attentiveness one would offer a cherished family member.”

Outside his professional endeavors, Dr. Kolinsky remains deeply engaged in community service, volunteering his time and expertise. An Eagle Scout, he embodies a lifelong commitment to leadership and service. In his personal time, Dr. Kolinsky enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and attending sporting events in his vibrant community of East Tennessee.
