Online Scheduling Available for Primary Care Appointments

Online appointments are available for primary care visits for established patients. To schedule an appointment directly with your provider, visit our online physician directory and follow these steps:

  1.  Select our clinic under “Practice Name” or use the search bar at the top
    (if you are on mobile, click “Filter” under the search bar for the “Practice Name” menu)
  2.  Select your provider’s name and click “Schedule an Appointment”

Review the “When to Go Where” section below to ensure your needs can be met at our clinic.

Do NOT use the scheduling tool for emergencies like chest pain, abdominal pain, or stroke-like symptoms. Instead, call 911 or visit your nearest hospital emergency room. Contact your doctor’s office immediately if you have coughing, fever, or shortness of breath.
