I hope this show helps you attain or maintain a healthy fitness level. In addition to my show, there are many other activities to keep you fit. For example,  I lead hikes, walks, and biking events throughout the year. There are also many good community exercise classes like bodyWORKS by Covenant Health that provide fun, safe and affordable hour-long classes.

It is also important to get those yearly physicals and to eat right to stay healthy. If you would like to call for a schedule or to inquire about being on the show, or just want to make a comment, call (865) 541-4500.
