Scott Warwick

Scott Warwick is Chief Administrative Officer and President for Thompson Cancer Survival Center – a member of the Covenant Health healthcare network.
Since July 2019, Warwick has guided all eight locations of Thompson Cancer Survival Center & Thompson Oncology Group – the Covenant Health flagship cancer program. He is also Executive Director for the National Association for Proton Therapy in Washington, D.C.
Warwick brings over 20-years of clinical, administrative and executive experience to Covenant Health. He began his accomplished career as a certified medical dosimetrist in Oncology where he specialized in designing radiation treatment plans. After being appointed Vice President of Clinical Operations for Provision Healthcare in Knoxville, he was later named Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Program Development.
A Knoxville native, Warwick attended University of Tennessee and the Vanderbilt University Medical Center School of Allied Health.
Why I work for Covenant Health:
“My ‘why’ is rooted in the same vision that the founder of Thompson, B. Ray Thompson, had for the center – to provide the highest quality of care available for the people of East Tennessee by providing the most advanced cancer diagnostics and treatments performed by highly qualified physicians, nurses and technologists. Our team’s goal is to continue advancing this vision to assure that Thompson is the first and best choice for cancer care throughout East Tennessee.”
