Chaise Camp joined Covenant Health in 2020 as the Vice President and Chief Experience Officer. With over 15 years of experience in enhancing the patient experience of care, Camp brings valuable expertise to his role. His primary focus has been to “design with sustainability in mind,” prioritizing both the staff’s experience of providing care and the patients’ experience of receiving care.
Before venturing into healthcare, Camp dedicated 14 years to post-graduate studies of human behavior in various fields. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hardin-Simmons University and master’s degrees in clinical psychology from Abilene Christian University, political science from Ball State University, international affairs from the University of Kentucky, and business administration from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. Camp has also taught at Indiana University and the University of Kentucky, including courses in communication, psychology, and international relations.
