Why I work for Covenant Health:
“In addition to receiving quality medical care, every patient should have quality care related to their hospital financial responsibility, from having a timely and accurate resolution of their claims through filing of their health insurance, to discussion of financial assistance with those in need. One of the initial reasons I was drawn to Covenant Health was the health system’s values of Integrity, Quality, Serving the Customer, Caring for and Developing Our People, and Using the Communities Resources wisely. Through my career, I have found these values to remain true, and with the evolution of our Pledge of Excellence, Covenant Health continues to be a company I am proud to be a part of.”
