Former administrator, George Mathews, remembered during tree planting dedication

On Monday, members of Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge and Ridgeview Behavioral Health, along with family and friends of former MMC administrator and long-time Ridgeview board member, George Mathews, gathered to remember and honor him during a tree planting ceremony. The tree shares space between the Methodist and Ridgeview campuses and is a fitting tribute to a man who loved nature as much as he loved making a difference for those facing health challenges both physical and mental. He will be missed but his legacy lives on…
