Your feet carry you everywhere you go, but all too often they go unnoticed until something is wrong. Join Methodist Medical Center and board-certified podiatrist, Brian Christiansen, DPM, as he presents an overview of foot problems at Health Night on the Town, Tuesday, September 29 at 7 p.m. in the Ridge Conference Room of Methodist Medical Center, 990 Oak Ridge Turnpike. Dr. Christiansen will discuss four common areas of foot care:
- Choosing your shoes
- Nail care and fungus
- Diabetic foot care
- Common foot deformities
Dr. Christiansen received his degree from Barry University, Miami Shores. He completed a Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residency at United Health Services in Johnson City. He is board certified in foot surgery and is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association and American Professional Wound Care Association.
