FLAME Award Winner – Roger Ladd

Congratulations to FLAME award winner Roger Ladd! Roger works as a facilities services technician in our plant engineering department. One afternoon he stepped up to help his coworkers in a difficult situation. Roger was on one of our patient floors with an installer when he saw patient interacting with nursing staff. The patient was disoriented and became upset, and Roger was able to intervene until security staff arrived to diffuse the situation. Thank you for your quick thinking and action, Roger!
