FLAME Award Winners- Richard Baxter, Jacob Doster and Jessica Thomas

Congratulations to FLAME award winners, Richard Baxter, Jacob Doster and Jessica Thomas! These three security officers were nominated by a coworker for going above and beyond during a busy night in the emergency department. While Jessica was patrolling the ER, she noticed that the nursing staff was having a challenging night and asked how she could help. She proceeded to help by cleaning rooms, cleaning beds and changing the sheets. Jacob and Richard saw Jessica cleaning and jumped right in to help as well. Their actions eased the load for our emergency department staff that night, who wanted to make sure the officers knew they were appreciated. It truly takes a village and we are proud to have all three in ours!
