FLAME Award Winner- Pat Ragland

Congratulations to our latest FLAME award winner, Pat Ragland! Pat, a social worker in case management, was nominated by a co-worker for going above and beyond for a patient. After learning the patient had left their cane at the hospital, she made arrangements to meet the patient after work and return the cane. Her nominator said, “This is not unusual for Pat and she would never tell anyone as she hates drawing attention to herself.” Well, we are happy to celebrate you, Pat! Thank you for your dedication to your patients.
