- About Us
Our security team is there when we need it most – and this time, it has earned them a FLAME award! Congratulations are in order for Officers Derek Bratcher, Dylan Campbell and Josh Mayes along with our K-9 officer James Burkett and K-9 Bono who earned this award for their assistance during a particularly busy time in the ER recently.
When faced with a challenging situation, the officers actively engaged the nursing staff and physicians to create a plan for safely taking care of patients, visitors and staff. The level of cooperation and communication between the officers and the ER staff during this hectic time was impressive according to the team’s nominator. This collaboration allowed all patients to receive the care they need. Thank you for putting patients first and for ensuring the safety of your coworkers!
The FLAME Award was created by FSRMC’s Patient Family Partnership Council in 2018 to recognize our non-nurse employees who have gone above and beyond to improve the hospital experience for our patients and their family members. To nominate an extraordinary staff member, click here.
