New COVID-19 Support Center
As of April 2, 2020, a centralized support center is open to assist patients in managing COVID-19 test results and help staff with COVID-19 related questions.
Patients who have a COVID-19 test completed will be provided with instructions indicating someone from the support center will be in contact with them regarding their test results as soon as they are available. The call center phone number is also included in the COVID-19 patient discharge instructions.
Patients may contact the support center with any concerns or questions they have regarding their test result. Incoming calls received at Covenant Health facilities regarding a patient’s pending COVID-19 test results will be forwarded to the support center.

**NOTE: This call line is ONLY for patients who have been discharged and for ED patients. Patients who have been seen in our clinics should call their provider.**
In addition to test results, the support center is also open for staff questions regarding COVID-19 in general, as well as the involved processes as it relates to their work flow (for example, how to transport a COVID-19 patient, what type of isolation is required, visitor restrictions, etc.).

Registered Nurses are available in the support center Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and a voicemail option is available for after-hours messages.
