New Visitation Policy

We have updated our visitation policy at our two nursing home facilities, Fort Sanders Sevier and Claiborne Health and Rehabilitation Center:

  • NO ONE with any illness (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.) should enter our facility.

Notice: Avoid Scammers

The World Health Organization has warned against scammers launching phishing attacks amid COVID-19 fears. Phishing attacks try to steal user data, such as login credentials and credit card numbers. Often, the scammer poses as a known, trusted entity and tries to get the victim to open an email or text message so that they may steal data. Learn more about this threat.
