Call (931) 459-7022 to reserve your seat to attend Feb. 8!
Cumberland Medical Center and Cumberland County Playhouse are rolling out a special red carpet experience for registered nurses interested in pursuing a new career on Friday, February 8 from 4 to 6 p.m.
“In 2017, I relocated from Memphis to Crossville to work at CMC,” says CMC Medical Surgical Unit Nurse Manager Laura Kee. “It was the absolute best decision for me. The combination of newly renovated patient care floors and the team-oriented atmosphere at CMC are very unique.”
Cumberland County Playhouse is located at 221 Tennessee Avenue in Crossville, and the event will start at 4 p.m. Those who attend will have an opportunity to get to know the CMC Nursing Leadership team, learn about opportunities available, and complete online applications. In addition to this, guests can partake in appetizers, mini chair massage sessions (compliments of Nature’s Way Massage), take their photo on the red carpet, and enjoy a special performance by the Cumberland County Playhouse at 6 p.m.
“We know there are great and talented nurses within our region, and we’re delighted to have this special opportunity with the Cumberland County Playhouse to engage with them and grow our nursing team,” Kee encourages.
Cumberland Medical Center is a member of Covenant Health, the region’s top performing healthcare network and only health system in East Tennessee to be named by Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers. CMC consistently performs well in patient quality and safety rankings when compared both regionally and nationwide. Employees receive excellent benefits as well as a matching retirement plan contribution.
“We’re thankful the Cumberland County Playhouse has collaborated with us to make this opportunity possible,” says CMC Human Resources Manager Charles Sexton. “We value our people and look forward to welcoming both new and seasoned RNs to our team.”
Registered nurses who are interested in an employment opportunity with CMC and Covenant Health are encouraged to attend this special event at the Cumberland County Playhouse and can reserve their seat by calling (931) 459-7022.
